For more information or to order please contact us: sales@autosparks.co.uk Power Distribution Unit with Isolator Switch Ideal for Horseboxes and other vehicles using leisure batteries, a totally compact unit measuring only 20cm x 25cm comprising of all the necessary wiring and relays for split charging and refrigeration isolation where applicable, and incorporating a 10 - way fuse box providing the owner with individually fused circuits plus spare fuse positions for any later additions. Each unit is built to the customer's specification depending on what is fitted to the vehicle. All units are supplied with the cables for an external 24v - 12v Converter and Battery Cables for the Leisure Batteries with Battery Terminals pre-fitted including the Battery Link Lead, and are manufactured with a choice of two final assembly options. For the final assembly we can either supply the unit fitted with multi-way connectors, (as shown below). This is normally used if the vehicle is pre-wired during manufacture or if an existing unit is being replaced.  Alternatively we can totally assemble the unit with the correct lengths of wiring to reach the various components fitted. A specified length of conduit is attached to the unit to provide a neat and tidy appearance until the floor level or side wall is reached, and then the wiring is free to take it's course around the vehicle. An Isolator switch can be added to circuit. This will enable the supply from the leisure batteries to the living quarters to be cut-off for periods where the vehicle is not going to be used and will prevent the charger or dropper from draining the vehicle battery.
